This week we did tot-school and I remembered to take pictures!!!
Our order came on Wednesday from Discount School Supply. I knew I was going to go crazy waiting for the UPS man to arrive with my packages so I took the girls shopping. We went to Target to hit the Dollar Spot (AWESOME tot school tools and they are mostly $1.00!). After Target we went to a teacher store and they were having a SALE!!! Unfortunately they didn't take the only credit card I had with me and I only had $13.00 in cash. I spent $9.00 and walked out with NINE things! Yep, everything I bought was on clearance for $1.00! I got four of these Wee Wedgits which are normally $13.00 (and they were a total "mom's nerve" saver on the way home!), I got three of these Melissa and Doug door hanger sets normally $10.00 (I got them for the trays but the project will be fun too), I also got an Angelina Ballerina magnetic set (similar to this one) and a Frisbee Little Bo Peep wouldn't put down.
The whole time we were out I was excited to get home to our packages and Little Bo Peep and I kept talking about all the stuff the UPS man was bringing to our house. She couldn't wait to get home and paint!
When we arrived at home I had five lovely brown packages waiting for me on my front porch! After Goldilocks went down for her nap Little Bo Peep and I got started on our version of "School Christmas." I was so overwhelmed by how much there was in the boxes and where I was going to put everything I couldn't take pictures. I thought about it but it would have put me over the top.
Here are the pictures of what we did this week:

Goldilocks playing with her new activity I found (I'm trying to find the blog I got the idea from). I used an empty rubbing alcohol bottle and five clothes pins. She loves shaking them out and dropping them back inside. Little Bo Peep loves telling Goldilocks, "Do your own school work."

Little Bo Peep got a second bouncy ball from the dentist to use in her pouring activity.

When Little Bo Peep moved to the floor to finish her school work I found some things for Goldilocks to use at the table. While I believe children at this age should work on the floor for comfort, Goldilocks will "work" on her sisters activities before her own if I give her this freedom now. She will get to move to the floor soon enough.

Little Bo Peep loved her new paper clip activity. Matching the clips to the same color paper was easy, but clipping them on proved to be harder than both of us imagined. I ended up "opening" the clips slightly so she could get them on until she masters the paper clips.

I went shopping last night (Ikea, AC Moore and Dollar Tree) for school supplies and had SO much fun! My husband just laughs at me :). It's an addiction-I tell him at least I am addicted to enriching my children's lives!!!!
